At Deliberti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Request a Return
Log into your Deliberti account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and dust bags are included and the security seal remains intact.
Affix the Label
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered or removed.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point; once received and quality-checked at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
